5.1. Both Red Slate Digital and the client agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the project.

5.2. Confidentiality obligations extend beyond the termination of services.

**6. Termination**

6.1. Either party may terminate services with a written notice.

6.2. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
